Terms & Conditions

By making a purchase with Little Red Dot Florist, you are agreeable to the following terms & conditions:

 

  1. Flower Availability/Quality
  • Due to the natural production of our fresh flowers, the shade of the flowers would vary from each other thus what the recipient receive may be different from the pictures indicated on our website. Pictures displayed on our website is are for reference purpose.
  • We reserve the right to substitute any unavailable product with a similar quality/an equivalent value at our discretion without prior notice.

 

  1. Price
  • All prices indicated on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars & are subject to change without any prior notice.

  1. Payment:
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express; which are securely processed via Stripe. 

 

  1. Refunds
  • For cancellations made 2 days in advance of the original delivery date, we offer 90% refund  (10% refund charge covers refunding costs).
  • For cancellations made 1 day before the original delivery date, we offer 50% refund.
  • Any other refund requests made will be at the discretion of Little Red Dot Florist & we reserve the right to decline any refund request.

  1. Delivery
  • Do ensure that the recipient or an authorized person is available at the address during the time frame of the delivery.
  • We will always attempt our level best to ensure that the delivery arrive timely for our customers. We however cannot be responsible if the delivery arrives late due to circumstances beyond our control (For example; adverse weather (heavy rain, flood)/road accidents)
  • Our couriers will attempt to reach the recipient followed by the sender. Should either party be uncontactable after 15mins, the product will be left at the reception/door. We will not be responsible for any lost/damaged items thereafter.
  • A redelivery fee of $15 is applicable (within 24hours from original delivery timeframe) to a different address or at a later time slot. A 50% refund would be given if the recipient still cannot be contacted after a 2nd attempted delivery.
  • Little Red Dot Florist  will not be liable for the flowers once it has been delivered and acknowledged by the recipient or on behalf of the recipient.
  • Little Red Dot Florist  is in no way obligated to send pictures of the completed product to customers, especially during peak periods.  We conduct quality checks to ensure the end product adhere to our service standards before it reaches the recipient. We will however, try our level best to accede to a request but we welcome all feedbacks!

  • We will attempt to answer your enquiries within an hour during our business hours & all enquiries after business hours will be attended to by the next working day.

  1. Privacy Policy
  • All personal information (Details of the recipient/sender) collected from you is confidential. It is used for the purpose of delivery/billing for your order & internal marketing purposes. All information collected will not be disclosed to any other parties, without the consent of our customers.
  • We do not have access nor store your credit or debit card details.

  1. Terms of Use
  • We update this the terms & conditions at our discretion. Do kindly look through every time a purchase is made to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
