What are the delivery time slots available?

We provide 3 delivery time slots:

1. 9am to 12pm
2. 12pm to 3pm
3. 3pm to 6pm

Although we do take in last minute orders, we would suggest to order in advance in case of unavailable flowers from our suppliers.

Is there a delivery fee?

We provide free delivery for all of our flowers at any time slots. However, a $15 delivery fee will be charged for blocked timings.

Do you do delivery outside of Singapore?

Unfortunately, we only deliver within Singapore.

What happens if the recipient declined the flowers upon receiving?

We are not responsible if the recipient had refused to accept the flowers because we have prepared the flowers and dispatched to the designated location. Will will not issue any refunds to any customers.

What if the recipient is not around during the time of delivery?

For apartment/condos, we will leave it at the front door or leave it at the guard house for the recipient to pick up later.

If not, you will have to reschedule for your delivery and there will be an additional charge of $15. The flowers will be sent back to our warehouse for safekeeping and redeliver at your desired time slot.


If I want to make it anonymous, how can I do it?

You will need to let us know in advance so we will hide your name and contact number on the invoice paper.

Can I do a last minute change of time slot or address?

Let us know early so that we can assist you with your request. 


Can I customize my own design?

We provide customization for all flowers, you can whatsapp us @ 9239 2279

Can I add a message with my order?

Absolutely! Once your preferred item has been chosen, you can enter the desired message.

What is the word count for my message card on bouquets and flower stands?

For Bouquets, it will be a max. of 150 words
For Flower Stands, it will be a max. of 40 Words

I am not satisfied with the product received!

While we strive to provide the best quality of our products, we seek your co-operation to reach out to us immediately (max. 6 hours after the original delivery timeframe) with accompanying images in the event that the flowers are not deemed satisfactory so that we are able to verify and rectify the matter smoothly.

How long will the flower last?

Flowers generally last about 3-5days in Singapore’s heat & humidity. To prolong the life of the arrangement, do ensure that the flowers are in clean water daily & to remove any dead leaves / petals.


Do you have ready-stock for me whenever I walk into the store?

Unfortunately, we prepare our flowers based on pre-order basis
However, you can do a customize bouquet on the spot, provided if we have the flowers you want.

Can I pick up the bouquet myself?

Yes, you can. You can come to our warehouse – 51 Tannery Lane, #02-02, Sharely Warehouse Singapore 347798

What if I want to include my own add-ons in the bouquet?

Let us know in advance what products are you adding. However, you have to come down to our warehouse – 51 Tannery Lane, #02-02, Sharely Warehouse Singapore 347798 to pass it to us.

Do I need to sign up for an account in order for me to make an order?

You may place your order through the guest account. However, we do encourage you to sign up for an account so that you will be the first to know our promotions and having an account would also make future orders more convenient.

How can I make changes to my order?

Reach out to us via email ( or whatsapp us @ 9239 2279 with your order number and changes. We apologise that we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it is being prepared and/or on its way to be delivered.

How will I know that my order is confirmed?

An email confirmation which summarizes your order will be sent to the address that was provided during the order process. Please check your spam folder or reach out to us if you did not receive any confirmation email after purchasing.

How can I check my order status?

An email notification will be sent to you once your order has been delivered. We will endeavour to update the delivery status in real time. However, as our drivers are on the move, the status may not be updated in real time. Please reach out to us if you need further assistance.


What can I do if I encounter difficulties while making payment?

Can I cancel my order on the day of delivery?

If the cancellation of the order was made 24 hours prior, we will proceed with the cancellation. However, if it is on the same day of delivery, we will not proceed with the cancellation and no refund will be given.


Are you open during Chinese New Year?

Unfortunately, we will be closed during Chinese New Year. We will have a notice on our website to keep you informed.

Do you accept last minute orders during Valentine's Day?

We do not suggest you to order from us last minute. We would advice you to pre-order 1 week beforehand to ensure that your flowers will be fresh and ready for delivery. However, if there is any last minute orders, we will try our best to co-operate with you and see what we can customize for you.
