Orders

You may place your order through the guest account however we highly recommend you sign up for an account so that you will be the first to know of  our promotions + having an account would also make future orders more convenient!

Simply click on the preferred item and add it to the cart. Once you are ready, just proceed to check out.

Reach out to us via email or call us at XX with your order number and changes. We apologise that we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once the order is being prepared and/or on it’s way to be delivered.

Absolutely! Once your preferred item has been chosen, you can enter the desired message . The message is capped at 200 words in order for it to fit on a folded A6 card, which we will attach to your order.  Do reach out to us if your message exceeds 200 words.

We have cuddly bears – wines – chocolates – vases – balloons! Make your selection after you have chosen your main item.

An email confirmation which summarizes your order will be sent to the address that was provided during the order process. Please check your spam folder or reach out to us if you didn’t receive one.

An email notification will be sent once your order has been delivered. We will endeavor to update the delivery status in real time however as our drivers are on the move, the status may not be updated timely at times.  Please reach out to us if you need further assistance.

Most definitely! While we wouldn’t commit to creating a replica design, we encourage our customers to share with us their preference in order for us to create that special item for them.  Send us all your requirements and let us create the magic for you!

Notice timeframe: 1- 3 days depending on flower/design preference.

While we strive to provide the best quality of our products, we seek your co-operation to reach out to us immediately (maximum 6hours after original delivery timeframe) with accompanying images in the event that the flowers are not deemed satisfactory so that we are able to verify and rectify the matter smoothly.

Flowers

Our flowers bear different nationalities and we obtain them from trusted suppliers to ensure their quality.

Flowers generally last about 3-5days in Singapore’s heat & humidity. To prolong the life of the arrangement, do ensure that the flowers are in clean water daily & to remove any dead leaves/petals.

Delivery

Delivery to most addresses in Singapore is free for with purchases of our products with the exception of restricted zones listed here . Please drop us an email or contact us at if your delivery adddress falls in that list or if you face any difficulties processing an order.

We have 3 different time slots to suit your needs, 365 days a year. Order by 2pm daily & get your items delivered on the same day;

  • 0900 – 1200hrs,
  • 1300 – 1500hrs &
  • 1500 – 1800hrs.

We also provide an additional service whereby we are able to deliver your purchases at a specific range of timing (minimum within an hour). Do let us know if you require this service & note that there will be additional delivery cost on top of your purchase.
